If anyone is wondering what changed in 2013, that's when Lappy was put in charge of the PK.

He was here for that first season where they were actually good but given everything since then I seriously doubt he had much to do with it. Berube headed up the PK previously when it was good & given Lappy was coming in with zero experience in season I doubt they changed it up much then.

In my experience, unless a miracle occurs, the new coach will be pillored just like the last three coaches within a month.
And any miracle is likely to be independent of the coach.

Striiker and I are in agreement, 90% of coaches are just shuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic.
And most of the other 10% aren't going anywhere.
So you either have to hit on the one in twenty-five retread who's figured it out, or find some long-shot.

In 2013 they had the 3rd ranked PP and the 5th ranked PK and were in the basement until the finals days of the season.
