I don’t hate the lineup. At the end of the day I’ve seen more out of this team when they were playing for each other than I saw when they were just the most talented team in the ice.


Kuz oddly might be addition by subtraction given his antics. He’s obviously super talented, but this team is clearly very tight knit. Those last two weeks convinced me, he’s not a part of any winning formula here. Guys don’t seem upset he’s scratched, the opposite in fact.

Sheary-Eller-Raffl sounds more like a 3rd line, but the way it's listed, it looks like they'll be the 2nd line? Sprong-Oshie-Wilson sounds more like a 2nd line to me.

Also, is it possible that Kuzy already played his last game in a Caps uniform?

If they go past the 1st round I'd say no but it's 80% certain to me that this is his last season here.

I didn't feel Oshie at C during games a couple months ago, and I certainly can't imagine feeling it now. And I'm scared that Carlson will look pretty rough out there. My confidence is not high.
