In terms of value, it's not horrendous tbh.

Herbert is good, but has a huge cap hit starting with 25 season. Chargers are a mess and should shed as much as possible and start fresh with Harbaugh

Well sure. Mostly because "upside" is immeasurable and literally every prospect has the same potential upside right now. People try to claim that player x has a higher upside than player y, but it's not true. Everyone's is the same.
