Byfield has been dominating guys one on one. You’d think 3-on-3 would be perfect for him.

At any rate, this felt like last year. Play well and get out goalied. It really shouldn’t be this difficult to find NHL level goaltending.

The goaltending situation is not good.. Talbot is 36 you cannot start him 70 games like they did JQ in 11-12 . They should just try Rittich on next back to back... but they'll still need get someone in there to keep Talbot fresh

i think that's always been the problem though, when he HAS a choice he blows it

with 3.5/4 lines clicking he doesn't have a choice but to roll 4, can't do that in OT

Kings have been very fortunate that Talbot has been punching above his weight, but I hope people realize that that's not going to last. This is a very deep and talented team with a massively glaring Achilles heel

As for the coaching, it's time to go all in with Byfield. Top PP minutes and OT time, he's earned it.
