After the rookie tourney, Matteo Fabrizi (TO) released. And Mathieu Cataford, Jordan Gustafson, Artur Cholach returned to junior squads. (Based on comparisons of tourney and NHL camp rosters)


Kinda surprised that some of the AHL contract guys were not included in the NHL roster (as a chance to learn the organization system, even though they cannot be recalled to the NHL. But perhaps they are trying to save some $$ by not having those guys around until the start of AHL camp in a couple of weeks).

following players were assigned to the Henderson Silver Knights of the American Hockey League: Layton Ahac, Tyler Benson, Jake Bischoff, Jakub Brabenec, Daniil Chayka, Lukas Cormier, Adam Cracknell, Jakub Demek, Mason Morelli, Jiri Patera, Christoffer Sedoff, Jesper Vikman.

Ah... sent down 10/29.

Now that he is not exempt from waivers they are keeping his time on NHL roster to a minimum to avoid future waivers (once he's played 10 games or 30 days on NHL roster since last clear).
