So lads, if Newcastle get the players they are rumored to want, could it be enough to challenge the big clubs?

Diaby - Ekitike - Maximin
Paqueta - Bruno - Shelvey
Targett - Lascelles - Botman - Trippier
Dubravka
No but also Diaby ain’t going to Newcastle and Ekitike they pulled out of.

Darwin Nunez. Uruguay's top offensive player. I wonder how he'll pan out in Liverpool. He's literally taking place of Sadio Mane.

One to watch for us is Cameron Archer. Really has had quite a year. Was at Solihull Moors 2 seasons ago and didn't exactly tear it up. Came into the fold last year and scored vs Chelsea in the Cup. Loaned to Preston and had 7 goals in 18 ish games. Scored twice in the England U21 game yesterday and I think will be our 3rd striker this upcoming season.

Short rant here. I cannot put into words how much I hate this upcoming World Cup being played mid-season. This season is going to turn out to be such a giant clusterf***.
Yeah I think you’ll see in late-ish October teams playing a ton of youth guys. Same when the World Cup ends. Honestly though I think that’s why United are in a good spot. Guys like Rashford, Fred, McTom, De Gea, Garner (if he stays), Shaw, AWB, Varane all on the outskirts of their national teams. Not a great group of guys but better than some of the other (looking at you Liverpool and City).

Corporate thugs hijacked this sport long ago. This year, the World Cup will be in December. And in a certain way, that’s actually the best thing pertaining to this World Cup in terms of the influence these blue collar mobsters have on this World Cup.

These guys aren't even really getting a proper offseason. It's going to be bad. It will impact the quality of the WC too.

Agreed. Summer football is incredibly stupid and unhealthy. I can't believe the players don't have enough self-esteem and self-respect to just say no.

What does this have to do with Ronaldo?
If Greenwood can get away scot-free with all that evidence against him, then CR7 with that few of an evidence would've allowed him to get away with murder. I'm just generalising, I know each situation is unique.

I am not a law specialist but these cases never take 3 months to dismiss unless they have bulletproof evidence that the allegations were completely fabriquated and that the case could not hold any legal ground.

Nevermind there are 2 seperate allegations regarding Mason Greenwood, one for raping and the other one for death threat. (So both would have to been dismissed with 100% proof or evidence) so the charges can be dropped.

I also have to point out that even if his actual/ex GF want to drop the charges or not want to collaborate as per UK laws the proscecutor still can pursue and convict Mason Greenwood.

As for the court case (if/when it happen) it might takes months or even years before it happen so the defense and the proscecuting sides can build their cases and they can find an unbiased jury. Just take a look at the current Ben Mendy or Sigurdsson situations who were arrested prior Greenwood.

Overall all these rumours should be taken with a huge grain of salt.

Apparently false rumours again.

My opinion you would never hear to result of this via a random twitter account. If/when this was bound to happen all the legit newspapper would be all over it in a matter of minutes.

Also I should note they've slowly moved along the Sigurdsson proceedings even though he's absolutely busted as a pedophile. As in zero doubt whatsoever. Mendy too. Seems common to go slow with these things over there.

Yup that’s how I see it as well. No way the case has been dealt with yet and if it was it wouldn’t be some random twitter account announcing it.

I'm in London on the Aug 20th weekend. No Arsenal game, but I will be trying to get out to the Brighton away day against West Ham.
