I didn't agree with the Kleven major, at all, but that Pitlick move has to be called everytime. Stupid, egoistic move. What if he took someone's eye out?

Needs to get benched.

They started calling things to even the game up after that imo. Regardless that is a celebration reserved for 4+ personal goals, not a 2-0 lead when you likely should be up more.

We were at the game and the incident that got Cooley booted was in front of us but couldn't make out in the scrum what happened. Looked more like Knies was locked up with someone, and never did get to watch the replay. I heard Cooley grabbed a face mask? Was it legit? Seems like a real weak game misconduct type call considering not 5 min later Lamb had his helmet ripped off his head by his face mask and play kept on.

Gophers soundly beat Notre Dame 4-1. Easily their best game of the year. 50 plus shots against the tight Irish defense.
