Lipanov is at least saying the right things about keeping it simple. OSB would also need in a practical sense a couple of Russian-speaking players, in order to aid Miftkahov. (I'm not really a fan of dumping everything on one 22-year-old, he's not his caretaker)

Semykin hasn't sold me on himself yet.
