It was a surpeise to me that he fell that much. Likey you said, similar to Max. But I can not complain about the Zellweger selection. Super young and if he gets to 6'0 very interesting.

I personally think we got the steal of the draft at 66.

Getting McTavish + Pastujov this year and Perreault last year has me hopeful we'll eventually have a good powerplay in 3 years.

We've needed players with their shot to compliment the 'going to the net' types we have in Comtois, Volkov and Jones and the playmakers in Zegras, Terry and Drysdale.

I had too much anticipation coming into this draft, as evidenced by me accomplishing exactly nothing at work on Friday, so I was just calibrated all wrong. It also doesn't help that McTavish just doesn't excite me.

i was super slamming f5 at work hoping for a blockbuster eichel trade, even if we didn't get him.

He was buried in Russia, which is why he wanted to come to NA. Then he was buried in Tampa, which is why he wanted out. Gonna be interesting year for him as this year is his best year to step up with a pathway to be a mainstay in the NHL on an offensive talent needy Ducks team.

I'd like to see him get a chance, he's younger than Steel and Jones.

Decent bottom 6 player but likely nothing more.

I think volkov can be a nice 3rd line guy might get some more looks with the ducks since they aren’t very talented offensively
