How does you Oilers fans see his future? (for the Oilers)

I followed his OHL career pretty closely liked his game a lot,
his shot, his shot accuracy, versatility, his passing ability.
- how he played, in general

I have high expectations for this player and for his NA pro career.

How did he look at the camps?
How his game looked vs the Jets?

Sent him to Bako.

He can contribute in the next 1-2 years.

Good late pick prospect. no pressure or rush.

He looked okay. Had a few moments but still seems raw.
I don’t ever see him as an impact NHL but with some work he could provide some secondary scoring in the bottom 6.

Still pretty early to judge but I think he looks super raw. Most exciting player turning pro this year. Very curious to see how he does once he figures out pro hockey.

first pro goal

russian kid? nah he is canadian ;) :) (sounds like one)

Nice snipe for his first pro goal (shitty broadcast production with the camera angle). Lot of really good natural skills and abilities with the kid. Building consistency and complete two way game with high revving motor is the development plan. Great his Dad was able to see this milestone. Teddy Bear Toss games are super fun.

Back side of the goal. I think he's figuring out pro hockey. Good progress this season (even if the numbers ar low)

i saw him live a couple months ago and the small plays and puck protection he had stood out to me, i thought he was better than lavoie and bourgault in the game i saw. dangerous all the time although didnt score. but i think thats part of learning the pro game. I have coached more kids than i can count who struggle or dont produce at the next level right away but when they figure it out it comes in bunches. hope he keeps developing into a player for the oilers
