Embarrassing effort from DU so far, very lucky to be down just one. Have not seen this team play this poorly all season, can't even make easy passes and guys falling down in open ice. Maybe they are just spent from the last game, but damn a title opportunity is out there if they just clean it up

Congrats to Denver and of course the best conference in all the land, thee NCHC. DU had 8 shots on net after 2. Scored all 5 goals in the third albeit 2 were open netters. 60 minute game not 40 Mavs. They went to panic mode once that first Denver goal was scored

NCHC is like the SEC of football right now. Total respect to the two teams DU beat, both brought great teams that frustrated the boys for long stretches. In the end Magnus was key, all the talk about how he might be DUs weak link is forgotten now. He kept them alive tonight until they finally got things rolling. Those first two periods I was sure they were just gassed, but the months of tough games against the NCHC prepared them well to get it done in the clutch
