Should go to the best gms (not including myself): lt, pandabear and joey moss

to level the playing field, gives us a chance to compete. Would be unfair to give that much power to the elite GM's

@hockeynorth yo can you make pick selection 30 min timer otherwise randomed? I am a psychology professor with tenure, if you don't do this rounds 4+ will take double the time because people blew their dopamine load on an extra "round 1"
