Herman has done a lot better than his predecessors but the problem with Texas is the defense. They gave up like 400 yards per game in Big 12 play. It was the same last year too.

How do you lose to a team that had 15 penalties? And that fumble at the goal line was brutal. They just look like a poorly coached team to me.
