It's 2019-20 again. Manson out for a very long period of time. Lindholm intermittently out of the lineup. Guhle has terrible luck. But whatever Shatty is taking, we gotta clone that because Shatty remains healthy! Crazy.

Thanks for the update!

Every f***ing year he starts the year playing well and gets hurt. Safe to say our best dman is injury prone at this point. This sucks.

Is the left wrist the same one that was bothering him the whole 15-16 season?

Edit: also how does someone magically go from day to day to out 6 weeks? Seems a pretty big discrepancy lol.

Fractures can be pretty small and not show up on x-rays because of inflammation. Usually have to wait a day or two for the swelling to go down enough to find the crack.

I had the same type of thing on my arm. First x-ray showed nothing, second one showed the crack.

This feels like baseball when teams just make up injuries to stash players.

But we're the Ducks. Injuries are our recent tradition, unfortunately. Losing Lindholm is a significant blow. Man, I know hindsight is 20/20, but it sucks we couldn't keep Gudz.

Ducks should find another minute eating defenceman who could take some of the minutes from Lindholm. Maybe he would get hurt less often if he played a little less. Sucks that he's once again injured and even Murray should now see that there's no way they are making the playoffs without Lindholm.

Yeah that is the silver lining. It solidifies that we are going to be sellers, if we weren’t already. I hope we can stockpile some more assets at the deadline

In theory that should be Fowler.

He is the Ducks highest paid D-man for a reason.

Fowler can eat minutes but he also has a tendency to get hurt once a season also. We need at least another really good top 4 guy to add to those two, preferably someone who can stay healthy.
