It sucks for Guhle, but he's still only 23 years old. Murray will offer him a bridge deal that will heavily be advantageous for the organization. So far in his young career, he's looked out of sorts and is made out of glass. He'll be safe in our system for a couple more years without fear of being picked up if waived.

The silver lining here is that Guhle's injury had no real effect on our starting 6 NHL defense like it did last year when he was paired with Fowler on the 2nd pairing. ::: eyes tearing in joy ::: we have some depth!

He's been bad because of dumb decisions though, not bad plays.

Constantly getting caught out and not just focusing on defense.
