Just to expand, Davis is great defender and has speed but not much else. He doesn't have power and strikes out a lot. Furthermore, he is 27 or 28.

McKinney has crappy defense can't play CF and his bat is below average.

I don't really see any potential with those two players.

On the other hand, Alford has very good defense, great speed, has some power and his hit tool has potential. He's been injured quite a bit too so he has missed some developmental time.
