I think that Detroit-Colorado Game 7 from 2002 was 3-0 after about ten minutes maybe? Closest thing I can think of, and it's still really not all that close to this game.

Keeping Flaherty in there for a couple innings was fine, but I'd seriously question the decision if he comes out for the 3rd. It just doesn't make sense not to save him for the next series. You're not blowing a 13-0 lead.
