Exactly. The worst fans are the ones who think free agency, drafting, and trading are supposed to be entertaining. Any real fan is cheering for the best move, not the most entertaining one. Quite frankly, you aren't a fan of the game if people would get upset that Benning or any GM didn't make a trade.

I mean, i love the spectacle of all that stuff too. Entertainment is great. But i wouldn't pay top dollar to attend a draft, expecting it to be anything other than a procession of unnecessarily long draft announcements and a bit of Bettman booing. The trades and stuff that happen on draft day, is like gravy really.

Personally, i've found this draft pretty entertaining for how the different teams seem to have valued different guys in these huge wide open clusters.
