This draft has been absolutely outstanding for the Devils. Jack Hughes is just unbelievable, it would be an incredible draft even if the Devils had no picks after #1 overall.

But the Devils finally addressed their long-standing need for physicality on the blueline. Misyul and McCarthy in particular were just terrific picks where the Devils got them.

Add into that a pair of high-upside forwards in Clarke and Gritsyuk -- both of whom have a lot of work to do to make the NHL, but both of whom have top 6 upside.

Throw in Patrick Moynihan -- a Joey Anderson-like born leader on the RW with good offensive upside and terrific physicality. Just a mind-glowingly great draft.

Oh, and P.S. -- PK Subban!!

NONE of them showed Jesper Bratt.

That is a TOTAL DISS of not the Player but the Franchise he plays for.

Screw the NHL Network for that bush-league garbage.

Yep. Terrific prospect. Likely a mid-6, character RW with 20-25-45 upside; tremendous defensively and very physical. This kid loves to hit.
