It was as obvious as can be that she kicked way too high and wasn't even close to the ball. Blatant penalty. I don't know what to say other than if you think that was a clean hit you need to get yo' eyes checked, no offense.

The US has the lead now keep attacking. Criticism of prior games (Spain, England, France) was they went out to early lead, and basically turtled or played not to lose the rest of the game. This team needs another goal late. 1-0 is not safe by any means.

I got a pretty big anti-US bias some times but my goodness that was a deserved pen call.

Hopefully we can get to some soccer over the next 25 minutes left, I would hate for this to be a game remembered for reffing.
