What was the market value for a 27 year old 6'5 220 center who played two way hockey, including the PK, showed steady improvement and was coming off a 55 point, 41 ES point season? With CorsiRel +6.3.

Compared to say Zuccarello (who scored 43 ES points a year from 26 to 29, 36 at 30 and missed 34 games at 31).
Who got a 5yr/$30M contract at age 32. With a 3 year NMC.

Or Lee, $7/49, full NTC for five years. Starting at age 29. 22, 38, 40 and 35 ES points the last four seasons. He's a good PP goal scorer, but doesn't PK

We had this discussion a few weeks back. Im not going to re-hash it and clog the board up again. I was ok with paying the term and contract. The NMC is the killer.

Dave Isaac doesn’t think Stewart makes the team. He was on Sirius Radio with Scott Laughlin. Basically said “he would be quite the reclamation project”. He still thinks one of the kids take it
