They're talking about expanded rosters which would mean expanded salary cap I assume. Maybe we take the cap but don't expand the roster the full amount? LOL..

NJ, LA, Detroit and Ottawa could all easily take on TJ's $5m/AAV for the next 2 years....the challenge is years 3 and 4 when those teams need to pay their ELC's and RFA's.
