This team continues to bounce back from tough situations, which is why I still have more faith in them in the postseason than I did the last two years. The Red Sox won the pennant in 1967 with 92 wins. This year they are at 92 on August 29th!!!!!

How many times does a guy make all three outs in an inning?

I did it in 1970 but one of them the tennis ball the bumper of a 1967 VW Bus bounced up and was caught before hitting pavement.

This should have been a hit and led to the humiliating 3 outs in one inning that ruined my Swanson Salisbury steak TV dinner.

Ironically the rules in Tampa with a ball hitting the roof and being caught in play is an out have made me get over it as the VW was technically in play. If only those young hippies had parked in their driveway like we asked them.

I knew at the time I should have stayed in and watched Dark Shadows.
