QB's do need time to learn. NFL teams have ruined more QB's by rushing them then almost any other position. Aaron Rogers is as good as he is because he was able to sit on the bench and learn from Favre. If the bears can do the same, then maybe it could work out for them.

Wait I kept hearing that the 49ers might go with Fournette so the bears traded all that for someone they could have got in the 3 spot? Well done Lynch.

49ers were gonna trade #2 to someone else if not the Bears, they went up to grab him from some other team, I suppose, not from the 49ers

Even if Bears knew he was going to be selected by another team ,, The team has too many damn holes to trade those picks and take this gamble

They could have gotten stud such as Adams and then traded back into 1st to grab someone like Kizer/Watson

I hate this organization

I thought they would have gone with Adams there but Thomas it is. Niners are building something scary there with Armstead, Buckner, and Thomas.

I wonder what the Browns were offering the 49ers to get up there to take Trubiskiy.

Bears doing what they just did could be good for the Browns as well. Instead of giving up a ton to move up for Trubisky, they might be able to give up a little or stay right where they are and get Watson.

Of course the Jaguars taking Watson here would put an end to that dream.
