I would have liked to see Sturridge partner Solanke is a diamond today, but Sturridge probably can't go twice a week anymore

Solanke needs to play. Also, it's funny the way Robertson keeps getting these opportunities, but if I was the defending team that's who I'd want to have them. Can't really adjust their defending to adapt to that as Coutinho would get so much more of the ball. It's a nice weapon to have.

I'm not saying he doesn't; he's just been a bit off, fumbling balls and a step or two behind in the timing. This type of game will be good for him and I'm hoping he'll score sooner than later. He's doing most of the right stuff. It was just an observation that we're playing really well (on both sides of the ball).

Also Ward hasn't really been tested in terms of his shot stopping, but he looks real good in every other facet.

I disagree. They aren't preparing the team correctly if the same goals keep happening. It's insanity.

Can't clear the danger off a corner kick. Bad bounces happen. Being consistently unable to deal with corners is coaching.
