I like stroman but its easy to see he has a case of little man syndrome

Why is it JB's fault? Rivera is waving him onto third. Cain took 4 strides to the ball, and then threw a seed to 3rd. Maybe Rivera should know who is playing in the field. Have always felt, that as a 3rd Base Coach, he is very weak. Has no anticipation of where the ball is going to land, and no concept of who is playing where on the diamond. Has run the Jays out of many innings at the dish, and at times, his lack of aggressiveness has cost the Jays games. Can't wait for him to be replaced soon enough.
