I feel like this need to be reposted.

This is during the Guy Boucher era :

Roloson .912 SV% 34 games
Smith .899 SV% 22 games
Ellis .899 SV% 31 games

So for 53 games he had to deal with .899 SV% and the team record was 26 - 13 - 7 with Smith and Ellis in net during the regular season. Still think it's too much to ask the Habs' play around .500 without Price?

Washington was playing the 1-3-1 vs. Chicago yesterday and no one said anything, btw. People bashing Boucher for this, when Trotz is widely known as a great coach is laughable.

Brown is local and can make it to tonight game. Am thinking they wanted a warm body because if you move some pieces, who do you play tonight? With Saint John on the other side of the continent a call up won't make it in time.

Goaltending was worst in the league. That's nowhere close to "Okay".

Here you go. Let's put the blame entirely on rookie Condon. The coaching and the players were perfect otherwise? Come on man! Every panelists today on TSN are saying that the injury to Price exposed what this team really is.

24 trades on TDL day last year ... 1 so far.

Everyone speculating Brown means DSP is a goner -- captain obvious.

You don't blame Condon, you blame management for not aggressively trying to acquire a reasonable stopgap until Price returns.

Can we win the cup with Condon in net? No? Then he's not good enough. That's the same logic people use when they want to get rid of Desharnais (which I agree with btw).

You're gonna be really disappointed if you think they're gonna pull off a major move that would include a few roster players.

If Dsp is a goner you still dont need Brown today. Because you have Lessio.

It means 2 things :

1) we trade two players and the one we acquire back cant make it in time.
2) MB is a dumb gm who prefer a 5'10 goon to Hudon,Dumont,Scott...
