Great throw by Martin to throw out Keirmeir at 3rd on a SB attempt.

Archer looks to be done for the game, 5 IP, 3 ER and 105+ pitches

7th inning is done, still 3-1. Stroman is looking good, only 80 pitches through 7 innings; but Cecil was up in the 'pen so I don't think Stro will be back out.

Osuna gives up an RBI and now a passed ball has the runner on 3rd and a 5-3 game, 3rd run is charged to Stro

Good win, I think Archer benefited quite a bit from the strikezone today so the Ks didn't really bother me - especially considering all of the good contact going the other way by the Jays batters.

Great work by the Stro-show yesterday. Those strikes were low; he was mixing it up, Tampa couldn't do much against him to be honest. The Jays team overall had a pretty pedestrian night at the plate, and still piled up 5 runs. This team is going to really hurt other pitchers. Just need our starters to play to their average and this team should be fine. Also gret for Pillar, happy to see him batting first and doing well... It's funny that the bottom part of the lineup is probably good enough to be a 1-4 on a poor team (like I'm thinking some Jays team of past years) Goins - Saunders - Colabello - Martin.

I'm liking the Dickey/Sanchez 1-2; knuckleballer followed up by a flamethrower is going to be fun. Sanchez will likely get some help from that, and that's great, because it'll be his first big-league starting (full) season.

I was at a show yesterday during the game, but I was happy to see the result. 100, if you keep chugging along at that pace, we're gonna need 23 versions of this thread by the end of the season!

I'm trying to see if I can make my post count turn over like an odometer :sarcasm:

Can someone explain to me why baseball players have such a fascination with obscenely ugly haircuts? It's like they're trying to outdo one another.
