Good start for FS1. Feed completely cuts out two seconds into the pre game

Sometimes you say "that might be all you need" but it's after October 1st unfortunately

Yup I saw MLBN listed earlier this week too on the score boxes for the game but it's definitely not on there

Bad error but I doubt it matters. Scherzer can hit but not against a guy like this

40 pitches through 2. Yikes.

He will be forced through 7 at 115-120 if possible then they'll go for the 6 out save. I'm not sure he has it today though, may get hit next time through or he may settle in.

I doubt Dave Roberts will push him that far. The Dodgers have a good bullpen. I think he'll go 6 at most. They need to start making Scherzer work harder though.

Scherzer rarely if ever has low pitch outings, his numbers will come

Scherzer really susceptible to home runs eh.

(I don't really watch baseball until the playoff stretch)

Yeah, he even had problems with this when he played in Comerica. I think the game this year he struck out 20 batters he allowed 3 homeruns. Still very good though.

That contract will suck in 2-3 years. He's thrown an insane amount of pitches and innings the last few years and has a somewhat violent motion. I'd be shocked if he isn't eventually bought out. The hope is thought that the Nats win one before that
