Handygraphs has my neighbor hoisting 2x as much drywall this year. He thinks that's aggressive.

Handygraphs doesn't dabble in projections, and even if they did they would account for your neighbor's natural decline. Still, he may be able to exceed his drywall projections, but we all know that isn't his true hoisting level.

Hopefully not this year, he's due to hang some of mine and other homeowners will think I overpaid. I'll be crushed in the press.

What's your internal budget like and are you close to the luxury tax at all? You might want to look at signing a foreign player to do this for you to save on costs.

We're ok. Last year was a rebuilding year, the fans expect us to go all out on the house this year.

I wouldn't bother. Everyone knows that your neighbor's cub house is going to go wire to wire and will go down as the best house of all time even before it's been built.

I agree on Tampa being a team that could be in the mix. Vegas (most of it) has them at 40-1 or 50-1, which I think is a bit low. If you can pitch and play defense, you have a chance I reckon.
