The Brampton Beast, ECHL affiliate of the St. John’s IceCaps and Montreal Canadiens, announce today that the club has re-signed 2015-16 leading scorer Brandon Marino for the 2016-17 season.

Marino shared the 2015-16 season between the Beast and the American Hockey League’s Utica Comets,[I ]spending a career-high 34 regular season games in the AHL, during which he recorded four goals and 16 penalty minutes.

Marino had originally signed to play in Slovakia a few weeks but it looks like he'll be back in North America next season.
--------------------------------------------------------

Berisha hasn't been invited to the Isles' mini camp though.

-----------------------------------------------------
The current AHL UFAs have been invited to a development camp :
Columbus : Eric Roy (Lake Erie)
Montréal : Marcus Eiscenschmid (St. John's)
Nashville : Mark Visentin (Rockford)
NYI : Colin Markison (Bridgeport)
Ottawa : Chris Carlisle (Binghamton)
Winnipeg : Jiri Fronk (Manitoba)

There's no official link, but Troy Mann mentioned in the Bears pre game interview that Dylan Margonari (currently on an ATO with Hershey) is signed for next season

I'll use his invitation to the Caps' mini-camp as a confirmation for this signing.

Hextall is obviously committed to making the Phantoms a good team. Signed 3 of the better free agents so far. Should be a fun year for Lehigh Valley fans.

I see on Eliteprospects that Casey DeSmith is moving to Wilkes-Bar/Scranton. I'm guessing this would be an AHL contract?

Link: http://www.eliteprospects.com/

It is!

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have signed goalie Casey DeSmith to an American Hockey League contract for the 2016-17 season.

DeSmith returns to the Penguins organization after an impressive showing between the pipes as a rookie in the Calder Cup Playoffs with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. The University of New Hampshire product posted a .919 save percentage and 2.44 goals against average in nine postseason contests, and set the club’s all-time record for saves in a single playoff game by turning aside 59 shots in a series-clinching win against the Providence Bruins on Apr. 23, 2016.

DeSmith played under a PTO contract with WBS last season
