Nothing would make me happier but the Oilers appear to be in full zombie mode.

We need to win tomorrows game. If we lose we might as well pack it in.

Yeah, we lose and we're done. Also hoping the Sharks have some extra motivation on the final day of the season to beat LA. You know hey would love nothing more than to be the reason LA misses the playoffs.

This is like parallel universe or something. Flames cheering for Canucks. Canucks cheering for Flames. Dogs and cats living together in harmony.

I am hoping the Flames players and coaches are even more motivated to beat the Kings since they managed to scrape a point tonight.

I crunched some numbers and any two wins almost certainly gets the job done. Especially if one of those wins is against LA. Losing against Arizona would be brutal but wins versus LA AND Winnipeg would likely result in a playoff berth. Wins against Arizona and LA could actually clinch depending on if loser points are involved or not.

The dicier scenario is a win vs AZ, loss against LA and a win vs Winnipeg. That may require the Jets to lose one other game (they have STL and COL).

So the LA game is the most crucial, with tonight being a close second.

In any case three wins gets us in. Two probably gets us in. One win is not enough unless the other two teams collapse.

I am updating and with 3 games left I don't think it is a stretch to say anyone who has not clinched is at risk because even good teams will lose 3 in a row on occasion. So I am going to include daily schedules for east & west for all teams that have not clinched a playoff spot.
