Bowey one moment looks like the best defenseman on Canada but then the next moment will give up a goal.

He had one helluva rough training camp this year based on the couple preseason games I saw. Turnover machine.

But he's a young raw offensive dman.

Bowey looks to me like the type of player that needs to adjust to his situation and feel comfortable in order to play well.
