That plus all those sweet sweet pts lost to bottom dwellers earlier in the year. They are gonna end up missing by like 3 pts and look back at Columbus and Carolina and just lose many nights of sleep over it.

The core wasn't the issue as far as forwards or the D, last game or lately, Varlamov is giving games away. Last game the team may have not played very good but if Varly was any good they would at least get a point.

Just start Pickard, just because Varly is the #1 goalie doesn't mean he should get a free pass. If he's losing you games play Pickard. This late into the season you gotta do what's best for your team and what will win games.

It's not one game, Varly has been pretty bad lately and pretty much giving games away, like the one where he mishandled the puck and they scored the game winner, and overall he's been pretty bad last hand full of games or so
