Don't know much about this guy but I am sold, he would also help Buch get acclimated.
Size and speed on top 3 lines. Can't dislike that too much.

WOW Marincin + 2nd would be an amazing return.

I'd prefer 1st and something marginal. That 1st pick could be in high teens.

It would be hard to ensure that EDM would trade Pitt's 1st and "something marginal" for just Talbot if we beat them in the playoffs. I honestly think taking the high 2nd and Marincin would be a great deal. Sather does have a way with words so I wouldn't be surprised if he got NYR the 1st and Marincin.

However the case, Talbot is going to get moved eventually. Whether that be at the draft or at the 2016 trade deadline, NYR has to get value for him. It'd be a shame to have him walk for nothing than just being a solid back to Lundqvist.
