Game against DAL NSH, he got smacked in the side of the face from a swinging stick. Was down on ice for a little while. Came back out and played with full face shield.

If we don't re-sign him, and I haven't heard any word on if we are planning to or not, then yes. Since he didn't play enough NHL-games he isn't an RFA anymore, but a UFA.
