I was hoping we'd see bigger names from Sweden against Finland on Sunday, like Zetterberg and Frantzen. Guess that can still change? Since we'll have all our players, Swedes are gonna deliberately injure our players :P (joking). Oh well, their loss for possibly lacking the team chemistry on the WC game of death as a result of not playing enough practise games ;).

The Swedish guys that were eliminated before the playoffs will be there just like the Finnish ditos. Only Eriksson passed up on that chance, because he has a newborn. The playoff guys still have medical tests and other things in NA before they can head back home, but they should be able to play the last exho game against the US.

Swedish lines against Czech Republic as per @sjobergh:
Larsson - Järnkrok - Landeskog
Harju -Lundqvist- Pettersson
Omark- Persson - Lundh
Fasth - Olausson - Zackrisson
BÃ¥ng
Healthy scratch: Andersson

Ekholm - Kronwall
Hedman-Fernholm
Ahnelöv - Brodin
Karlsson - Frögren

Not sure why they don't play Kindl in this first game. Maybe they think it would be too easy with him in the lineup? :sarcasm:

Well, with google translate it sounds like he came Tuesday so probably just easing him in. Big ice, jet lag etc. Says he will play Saturday and Sunday anyway.

swedish roster looks extremely weak without the nhlers, wont win a game in this tourney lol

not really........ swedes are strong even without top players. anyway nobody cares about pre tournament. wc is all that counts (for the nxt few weeks). its time to find chemistry and bild the lines. not more

Tomáš Mojžíš (flu symptomps) is out for sure, Jan Kovář is questionable (team which own his rights is playing 7th game in relegation play-off).

Jakub Kindl is in and Koukal is ready to replace Kovář.
