It used to be OT became playoff hockey.

Now the NHL instructs the refs to hand out soft OT PP to avoid shootouts.

Just another one of these games the Bruins deserve to lose, but the refs forget their place and finalize it.

Tom Kowal sucked 18 years ago in the AHL and he sucks today in the NHL.
