Just back from 3 days in the Everglades. No tv, wifi, or phone service (but yes, we had beer and ice). Pretty nice result to reconnect to. Haven't watched the full game yet and probably won't have a chance until Monday. Good to see that Beau and Wahly each potted one. Overall, was it as convincing as the score?

Nice to see that the Josh Ho-Sang thread is still at or near the top of the charts. :loony:

Nope, was not a domination at all, tied at 2 after 2 with Isles having slight edge in 1st, B's in second. TSN turning point was early in the 3rd, Halak made a save and left a juicy rebound right in front, only Bruins around. Frederic gathered the puck and stick handled once, and went to pass it to his d-man for a zone exit. Beau was unmarked and forgotten below the goal line, he swept out front, lifted Frederic's stick as he was starting the motion to pass, and at the same time, swept it behind Halak. TERRIBLE goal to give up, gave the Isles the lead, and the B's imploded from there, allowing 4 more before the period was over.

So no, the Isles definitely did not dominate the game, BUT they dominated the third against a deflated opponent and put up a 5 spot. Was great to see (and a hella pile of fun to watch in real time!) as the boys squandered several opportunities earlier this year against depleted lineups. Was awesome to watch them keep the foot on the gas and keep attacking and, more importantly, get results.

Can't wait to see how all that carries over to tonight..
