I have not seen an injury attributed to his status. By all accounts, he is on the Taxi Squad. Could it be injury-related? Yes, but it hasn't been specified. In either case, he is NOT on the 23-man active roster as of this moment.

Being that Giroux and Braun were two of the three scratches for Lake Tahoe (Kase being the other), both could be ahead of the others for a return. That is based on their original virus protocol placement, too.
