I mean - our offense has been awful all season. But man - there's bad and there's absolutely inept.

We lack a captain. Hedman plays like our captain but it's not enough. I'm beginning to dislike Boyle. We should not be a perimeter team against teams as good as us. We can beat the Caps here there or anywhere, we just aren't playing like it...like the rest of the season.

We were just overwhelmed. One of those periods where we get caught watching the other team skate. We usually do it for at least a period vs. Chicago too.

Washington just has our number though. Always have.
