Get it out of their system, recover from whatever the hell is wrong with them. I thought they looked really low energy to start off.

Not saying the sky is falling. Just disappointed with the effort. Hopefully they get their **** together soon.

This game is still winnable if they come out with some damn energy, though.

And 7 SOG at that point in time of the game is absolutely unforgiveable.

This is not a bad thing and seems par for the course. We won 4-5 then lose. And start another win steak. As long as that pattern keeps up I'm okay with it. But would be nice to see a better effort and for them to pot a few here and make a game of it.

Doesn't help that Smith is trying to win a spot on Team Canada in front of Yzerman. Is this going to happen every time we play a Canadian goalie?

Might be a bit of fatigue setting in, and a bit of an adrenalin dump from the emotional high after Stammer's injury. They just look tired tonight. And a little burnt. This is our 4th game in 6 nights, with significant travel involved.
