What? Uh, no, thanks. Mantha’s good, and ok value for 10th, but a low 1st for Puljujarvi ain’t happening.

I can't imagine a player at #10 of this draft I'd rather have over Mantha. I think that trade offer was actually very fair, though as a Wings fan, I'm not sure I want to part with Mantha as of yet.

It wasn’t terrible but IMO it was valuing Puljujarvi purely on what he is today rather than what he could be.

The same can be applied to Mantha, he's only 23 years old and still getting better.

Puljujarvi is 19 though and just went 4th overall recently. Valuing him in/around a low first is silly.

I think Detroit would probably have to add a little on their end but the value is there.
