I wonder if Hextall is in a holding pattern to see what happens to Stevens or, alternatively, if Stevens becoming available would move Hextall's thinking on Hakstol.

You missed the sequence in the 3rd period where he was stripped of the puck, his teammates got it back, he got it again and then was bumped off it, two turnovers in about 30 seconds.

I'm not saying Ghost is a bad player, but he's never regained his rookie burst or speed, and I think he may be overvalued around the league, I'd certainly listen to offers. He disappeared in the playoffs, and I'm seeing the same things against good teams this season.

I love the guy but have often seen him and thought, "that's the kind of player bad teams have".

He's great, he's talented, but he's trouble.
