Cam Ward tonight? I hope Q eases Crow back. He hasn't played in 10 months.

Great job! However so much copyright infringement of the characters ...you better hire a good lawyer.

love the theme, the hayden, Q and kunitz ones were spot on and made me chuckle even though I loathe that two of those three are part of the hawks ice/bench personnel.

I think this will be the battle of the backups, Crow should not go back to back this early in his return and vasilevski did not fair very well last night and likely does not go back to back.

for the life of me I can't understand why kunitz gets to play the guy brings nothing at all and yet Hayden who brings much much more gets scratched.

martinsen has no business playing either, 5 mins of TOI for this plug who is nothing more than an AHLer.

Play the damn kids that have NHL potential for christ sake

I'm stunned. A nice compliment and a bit of sarcasm from our resident curmudgeon. :)

Scared to look out the window to see if the world is burning.

    Kaner as smurfette?

    I..,
    I don’t,
    I can’t even.
I don’t know if that says something about me, you or this board. It’s brilliant all around,
but I just can’t figure out what to say about smurfette Kaner. It’s disturbing

    Me too. :)

I have so many jokes ... but it's probably best we don't go there.

That said, it would be really impressive if Kane wins another Hart with no discernable linemates. That would be a season of all seasons.

    Love the theme, great work!

Stamkos is as invisible as he was in the 2015 cup final, gotta take advantage of that.

Anyone else wanna bring up the Sikura Bros and see what they can do?

    DeBrincat-Toews-Kahun
    Schmaltz-Anisimov-Kane
    D. Sikura-T. Sikura-Saad
    Hayden-Kruger-Kampf

Both brothers are leading Rockford in points (6GP, 6TP)
Keeps Kunitz and Marty from playing and Fortin gets to back to where he belongs.

We know your views on Fortin. There's no need to use any excuse to repeat it.

Now you want both Sikuras? Give your head a shake.

    Why not?

Tyler played above expectations last season and he's off to a good start this year. Him and Dylan obviously have good chem so why not give them both a look? If they happen to click, our depth becomes so much better and Saad gets consistent linemates which might help him. It'll force Q to play Kunitz and Marty less.

But AA with the back-check was the reason puck got back into Blue Jackets zone for Kane's first goal last night ...Schatz got all the credit for driving the lane up the middle to create separation space for Lane to shot. .But unless AA made that back-check to get VBJ to turn the puck over that okay never gets going ..so obviously AA still brings something to the line. .
