So the pond hockey wide turns will taper off?
We better hope it's before somebody Jackknifes him on one of those turns.
Yes, I used that stupid pun on the prospects board, but it's so bad I had to use it again.
So the pond hockey wide turns will taper off?
well, it's certainly a minority of rangers fans, but there are some specific nyr posters who are absolutely going out of their way...
don't wanna get yelled at by my own board's mods for trolling/calling out posters by name, though.
↑I apologize but I do not know how to insert a Post from another Thread in another manner yet. I'll try to figure it out, but in the meantime:
Should certainly benefit Hughes this season:Long-suffering Canucks fan coming in peace. Trading away Cory is one of the many shameful acts our team has committed since 1970, possibly in the top 10 (I realize this may be hotly contested as the Orca have many options to choose from).
Why Devils’ No. 1 pick Jack Hughes is living with teammate Cory Schneider
Reading this article had the effect of both sadness as well as pride in how much a lot of the Canucks fans remember Mr. Schneider. I really hope that he has the historical "bounce back" season now that his hip surgery is 2 years in the rearview mirror (Thank you Pearl Jam).
Anyway, I know this is a Hughes Thread so I'll further my thoughts that I really respect the approach of NJ's Management to utilize their on-ice leaders to facilitate the development of their prospects in a wholistic manner. On ice skill is one thing - Life skill is even more critical IMHO.
Best of luck this season from the West Coast.
Cheers
Using a WWE voice - "And when that day comes, I will chirp your organization back into it's Colorado Rockies infancy!!!"Canucks seem a bit hamstrung by heir management at times but appear to be moving in the right direction. Older Hughes and Petterson are two big steps in the correct direction. Hopefully the two teams meet in the finals in a couple of years.

Seriously though, thanks for the positive feedback & understanding. Similar to Jack, you appear to be a dual threat
Cheers
Credit goes to my grandchildren. They came up with it when they read clickbait articles stating that redheads were genetically doomed. I've always told my children (now adults) that I have done my part (3 Ginger daughters - you're welcome), it's now on them to overcome the oddsLove your username.

To keep this Thread on track, I’m guessing that Jack will father at least one Ginger Devil offspring. Possibly 2
I thought you created that username in honor of our own Ginger....Cory Schneider.
Ginger Papa is in the house, Mr. Mustache.
That's what happened.
Does this mean he'll be playing against MEN?!?
Does this mean he'll be playing against MEN?!?
Jesus, it makes me feel really old to know that there are guys born in the 2000s who will be playing in the league next year.
I got nothing again today.
Except that Hughes got Trucked in back to back games.
He should at least put him with some wingers who can drive the play before trying anything like that. So far Hughes has been expected to be the play driver, which is insane and terrible management. How many more games till Hynes finally tries Hughes on wing with zacha at center?
