I'm worried how this game will affect Crosby's development tbh

Hawks are not bad but Pens just have to much fire power. Hawks have a ton of draft picks and will be the 2005 Pens in a couple years. I am much more in the Pens camp as Dubas has really brought 3rd and 4rh line guys to give the Pens needed bang.

Pretty bad F group and while it’s not good- I don’t hate that top 4 D tbh, four positive players. Jones and Murphy are just a pair too high than what they’d optimally play at and Vlasic/Korchinski are green.

Then there’s the abomination of a 3rd pair to ensure some tank action lol.

Still, would be a little upset to lose to this lineup, even in game 1.
