That was an ass-kicking, no matter the score.

Sanheim lead the team in 5v5 TOI and was only :40 behind Provy in 2nd for EV TOI. You would think this would mean he sees the PP eventually, but I'm still not confident in it. Just a little odd, but worth keeping in the back of my mind.

Lines took a little to gel, but second period on was pretty much all us. Tk-Couturier-Lindblom was weak i nthe first, but dominant after that. Provy was shaky, Hagg was passable, and Ghost looked very good defensively. Hayes had a STRONG game.

The D concerns me, but the attack by our forwards was relentless. I also like how quick we attempt to transition from D to O. No more of the D to D passing while forwards skate around in the neutral looking for a pass.

I thought Hart was pretty damn good. Not much he could do on any of the goals and made some huge saves.

Our coach made changes to usage as the game went on based generally on how guys were performing. What a concept.

The level of freedom dmen had to go full EASHL with the puck on offense was interesting, but makes having Hagg and Braun questionable. We're so used to seeing them either be chained to the blue line, or feel like they are out of habit.

As we've discussed at length, this isn't the best version of this roster either.
