How much progress do you all see from last season to this season?
Slaf has shown good progress but who else?
Some of the players progressed in one category and regressed in others.
- Slaf progress all around
- Suzuki is more constant on both side of the ice
- Caufield got better away from the puck, but seems to have lost something in term of shooting positioning (or not as constant as before) and his skating seems to have regressed a bit, but I think he's dragging some minor lower body injure since early in the season or something, he was flying in the first few games. And now probably dragging a higher body injury...
- Guhle improved defensively to the point he can baby sit Matheson whole playing RD, but his offensive game took a dive
- Xhekaj started off, but seems to have corrected himself post All-Star, so a wash I guess.
- Harris got an injury riddled season, but he didn't seems to improve much either (still haven't learned to place himself while away from the puck to avoid being hit)
- Newhook really ran with his opportunities, but he should be kept on the wing once the team has actual centers again.
- Roy is showing nice thing, but needs to work on his explosiveness this off-season
- Struble is now eating more than he can chew, but he also ran with the opportunity he was given
- Barron doesn't appear to have changed that much from last year
- Primeau progressed a bit, but he needs to play more games.
