It is going to take monster changes to turn things around. How long can this team go without being competitive? It will take trading 1-2 of "The big 5" to get players this team needs.

Petrell - why is he even here?
Eager - our tough guy with 8 concussions in his career....yup
VandeVeldt - 6'2" and plays 4'9" you'd think he'd be trying to make the team
Horcoff - perfect 3rd line C for this team. Sadly the year he's in the right spot he's hurt
Jones - at least he goes to the blue paint
Gagner - a defensive disaster despite a good offensive year. At least he scraps once a year
Peckham - number 8 D man, huge and can't fire up his team with a hit or fight?
Hall - one of the few bright spots this year
Eberle - playing way to cute, lost his jam won't go to the net this year
RNH - WTF
Hemsky - see Gagner, less the scrap. They play on the same line. Scary.
Hartakainen - Petrell with a slightly larger upside
Lander - AHL player
MPS - we don't need another scorer with no jam and can't score
Yakapov - free pass, rookie and hasn't had the fire sucked out of him yet
N Schultz - a decent D man but no edge to him game

Fistric - tough guy need more of him
